Die Anmeldung zum Yoga Camp erfolgt schriftlich per E-Mail, Anmeldeformular oder über die Website. Mit der Anmeldebestätigung durch die Veranstalterin kommt ein verbindlicher Vertrag zustande.

Mit der Anmeldung wird eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 30 % des Gesamtpreises fällig. Erst nach Eingang der Anzahlung ist der Platz verbindlich reserviert.
Der Restbetrag ist spätestens bis zum 31. August 2026 zu entrichten.
Erfolgt die Zahlung nicht fristgerecht, behält sich die Veranstalterin das Recht vor, den Platz anderweitig zu vergeben.
Ein Rücktritt von der Teilnahme muss schriftlich per E-Mail erfolgen.
Es gelten folgende Stornierungsbedingungen:
Der Teilnehmer ist berechtigt, jederzeit eine geeignete Ersatzperson zu benennen. Die Ersatzperson tritt in den bestehenden Vertrag ein. Zusätzliche Kosten entstehen hierfür nicht.
Die Veranstalterin behält sich vor, das Yoga Camp bei zu geringer Teilnehmerzahl, Krankheit, höherer Gewalt oder anderen unvorhersehbaren Umständen abzusagen.
Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden in diesem Fall vollständig zurückerstattet. Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
Programmänderungen, Änderungen des Zeitplans oder der eingesetzten Lehrkräfte bleiben vorbehalten, sofern der Gesamtcharakter der Veranstaltung erhalten bleibt.
Jeder Teilnehmer nimmt eigenverantwortlich am Yoga Camp teil und bestätigt, gesundheitlich zur Teilnahme in der Lage zu sein.
Bestehende körperliche oder psychische Einschränkungen sowie Schwangerschaften sind der Veranstalterin vor Beginn mitzuteilen.
Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.
Die Haftung der Veranstalterin für Schäden wird auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
Für Verlust, Diebstahl oder Beschädigung persönlicher Gegenstände wird keine Haftung übernommen.
Während des Yoga Camps können Foto- und Videoaufnahmen erstellt werden. Diese werden ausschließlich für die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und die Darstellung zukünftiger Veranstaltungen verwendet.
Teilnehmer können der Verwendung ihrer Aufnahmen jederzeit schriftlich widersprechen.
Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Yoga Camps verarbeitet und nicht an unberechtigte Dritte weitergegeben. Es gelten die Bestimmungen der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO).
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Registration for the Yoga Camp may be made via email, registration form, or through the website. A binding contract is concluded upon confirmation of registration by the organizer.

A deposit of 30% of the total participation fee is due upon registration. A place at the Yoga Camp is only reserved once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by August 31, 2026.
If payment is not received by the due date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the place to another participant.
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing via email.
The following cancellation policy applies:
Participants may nominate a suitable substitute participant at any time. The substitute participant assumes all rights and obligations under the existing booking. No additional fee will be charged for this transfer.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the Yoga Camp in the event of insufficient registrations, illness, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, all payments already received will be refunded in full. No further claims for compensation shall arise, except where required by law.
The organizer also reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, venue, or teaching staff, provided that the overall nature and quality of the Yoga Camp are not significantly affected.
Participation in the Yoga Camp is undertaken at the participant's own responsibility.
By registering, participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga classes and related activities.
Any medical conditions, injuries, limitations, or pregnancy must be disclosed to the organizer before the start of the Yoga Camp.
The organizer shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, except where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
The organizer accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to participants' personal belongings.
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the Yoga Camp for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify the organizer in writing before the start of the event.
Personal data provided during registration will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Yoga Camp and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
